Welcome to MetabolicLabOS. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our website, subscription products, downloadable guides, AI assistant (Kai), mobile Tracker, and related services. By accessing or using any of these, you agree to be bound by these terms.

MetabolicLabOS provides educational digital products, software tools, and an AI assistant related to GLP-1 lifestyle support. This includes paid subscriptions (Kai Unlimited, Tracker Pro, and the Complete System), one-time digital guides, and a private community hosted on a third-party platform (Skool).

Nothing on this website, in our products, in the Tracker, or from Kai constitutes medical advice.

All content is for educational and informational purposes only. Our products, tools, and AI assistant are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. We are not a substitute for professional medical care, and no statement by Kai should be treated as such.

You must consult a licensed healthcare provider before making any decisions about your health, medications, dosing, diet, or lifestyle. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read, logged, or were told by our services.

MetabolicLabOS offers three recurring subscription plans, all processed securely through Stripe:

• Kai Unlimited — unlimited AI assistant access, billed monthly or annually.
• Tracker Pro — daily health tracker with plateau alerts and weekly reports, billed monthly or annually.
• Complete System — Tracker Pro and Kai Unlimited bundled together, billed monthly or annually.

Auto-renewal.

All subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) at the then-current price, unless you cancel before the renewal date. You authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your payment method on each renewal.

Founding pricing.

Founding-tier pricing (for example, Kai Unlimited at $9/month) is offered to the first 100 paid subscribers and locks in for the life of your subscription as long as it remains active and uninterrupted. Cancelling and re-subscribing forfeits the founding rate.

Cancellation and pause.

You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal link in your account emails. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access through that date.

Beta tester access.

Beta testers receive complimentary Tracker Pro + Kai Unlimited access for 21 days. Beta access does not auto-renew; at the end of the 21-day window, access reverts to the Free tier unless you start a paid subscription. You remain bound by these terms during the beta period.

In addition to subscriptions, MetabolicLabOS sells one-time digital guides, starter kits, and bundles (such as the Quick Start Kit and the Complete GLP Survival System bundle). These are delivered instantly via email and website download links. It is your responsibility to ensure your email address is correct and to check spam folders if confirmation does not arrive.

Kai is an AI-powered educational assistant trained on our knowledge base of articles and protocols. Kai is designed to answer questions, summarise strategies, and surface relevant information — not to diagnose, prescribe, or replace professional judgement.

Kai may occasionally produce inaccurate or incomplete information. You should independently verify any specific claim and never rely on Kai for decisions about medication, dosing, or medical conditions. Conversations with Kai are stored to improve service quality and for safety review.

Kai has daily message caps on the Free tier (typically 3 messages per day) and is unlimited on paid tiers. Caps and pricing can change with notice on this page.

The MetabolicLabOS Tracker is an educational logging tool. It lets you record self-reported metrics such as weight, injection dates, symptoms, protein, water, and energy level. The Tracker is not a medical device, is not FDA-cleared, and does not provide diagnostic, therapeutic, or monitoring functions.

Data you enter into the Tracker is stored in your account and used to personalize insights, generate weekly reports, and provide context to Kai. You own your data. You may request a copy or deletion at any time by emailing the address in our Privacy Policy.

Alerts generated by the Tracker (plateau alerts, rescue protocols, weekly reports) are educational suggestions, not clinical recommendations.

The MetabolicLabOS community is hosted on Skool, a third-party platform. By joining, you also agree to Skool's terms of service and privacy policy, which are outside our control. We are not responsible for content posted by other members, moderation decisions made by Skool, or availability of the Skool platform.

MetabolicLabOS makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes from using our products. We do not guarantee:

• Weight loss results
• Reduction of side effects
• Improvement of symptoms
• Accuracy of AI-generated responses
• Any specific health outcomes

Individual results vary based on many factors including genetics, adherence, overall health, medication dosage, and lifestyle. Testimonials and case studies are illustrative and are not a guarantee of similar results for you.

You are solely responsible for how you use the information, tools, and AI provided by MetabolicLabOS. By using our services you acknowledge that:

• You will consult healthcare providers before implementing any change.
• You will not use our products as a substitute for professional medical care.
• You will not rely on Kai for medical, dosing, or diagnostic decisions.
• You assume all risks associated with the information provided.
• You are responsible for your own health decisions and outcomes.
• You will keep your login email accurate and secure.

All content on MetabolicLabOS, including text, graphics, logos, images, downloadable products, Tracker interface, Kai responses, and articles, is the exclusive property of MetabolicLabOS and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or republish any content without written permission.
• Share, resell, or redistribute purchased subscriptions or digital products.
• Use Kai outputs to train competing AI systems or to create derivative works for commercial use.
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from our materials.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MetabolicLabOS and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Any health outcomes, adverse effects, or medical complications.
• Any inaccurate, incomplete, or harmful AI-generated content.
• Any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
• Any damages resulting from use or inability to use our products.
• Any third-party platform downtime (Stripe, Skool, SendGrid).
• Any misuse or misinterpretation of information provided.

Your use of MetabolicLabOS is at your own risk.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of MetabolicLabOS shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Nevada.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced by email to active subscribers at least 14 days in advance. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use of MetabolicLabOS after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
